Canadian beef. You have no idea how hard it has been, here in Buffalo, to get good meat. First one butcher closed, then the other went out of supervision, so we went to Hamilton to get meat. Great meat, that Hamilton butcher, but then the USDA clamped down on Canadian cattle because of mad cow disease (even though the cow it was found it was originally American) so for two years we have suffered poor meat. No longer!
